Advantages

• Switch: Logitech G pro X keyboard switches are swappable, unlike any other keyboards. Furthermore, Logitech G Pro X allows the users to swap between three switches which are GX Blue Clicky, GX Red Linear, and GX Brown Tactile at any time they want. The users of this keyboard are not limited to one type of switch, they can even have all three different switches on one keyboard at once. In addition, the switch swapping process is very easy to do.

• Design: Logitech G Pro X keyboard comes in TKL compact design which does not require a large desk space. This allows you to have more space for mouse movement.

• USB Cable: Logitech G Pro X keyboard cable is detachable which very convince for you to carry around. Another benefit of having a detachable cable is that, if your cable is damaged or broken you can just replace the cable without having to buy a brand new keyboard.

Disadvantages

• Price: Logitech G Pro X keyboard provides many options that no other keyboards in the market can. However, this keyboard come at a very high price of £129.99 which is very expensive for a gaming keyboard. In addition, the switches are sold separately at a price of £42.99. This means you have to make an extra purchase in order to swap switches.

• Programmable button: Logitech G Pro X mechanical gaming keyboard also has programmable buttons that allow you to program keys for a different function. However, the main turn down is that not all keys on this keyboard are programmable only a few certain keys that are.

• Onboard memory: This keyboard onboard memory only allows the user to have one profile which is very inconvenient. This means that you are only able to store one setting of the keyboard that you customise at a time. By any chance, if you want to try out a new setting you need to reset the previous setting in order to do that.

In my opinion, the Logitech G Pro X keyboard does provide great unique customisation that allows you to swap the switches on your keyboard. Furthermore, the detachable cable on this keyboard allows you to transport with your keyboard without worrying about the potential damage to the cable. However, this keyboard has many drawbacks. The main drawback is that the Logitech G Pro X price is very high and the Pro X switches are not included. By taking this into consideration you can get a keyboard that provides a similar function at a lower price. Furthermore, there are many keyboards on the market that allow you to have many profiles stored and programmable buttons at a. cheaper price. Therefore, I would only recommend this keyboard to the person who enjoys swapping switches or like using different switches for different keys. Likewise, if you are looking for a unique experience and price is not your main concern, this keyboard is definitely for you.
